ABOUT THE APARTMENT

This first floor north-facing 750 sq. ft. one bedroom apartment at 1726 El Cerrito Pl (Unit #2) features custom stained grey hardwood floors and Calcutta marble kitchen countertops and a Calcutta marble coffee table. The green and orange color scheme was inspired by designer Tory Burch. The apartment also has its own private entrance located at the north side of the building canopied by a custom black regency awning. There is a beautiful bay window that faces the front lawn of the building. There are also three large closets. The pictures are of the actual apartment.

The building itself is the original StayTony location and features eight units in total. StayTony properties are noted for being located in secluded and quiet residential neighborhoods that are walking distance convenient to the areas major attractions. StayTony Hollywood @ La Brea is no exception.

All of the apartments are move-in ready and fully furnished and undergo a 57-point cleaning and sterilization protocol between guests. The unit has a full kitchen (refrigerator, stove, and microwave) and come with our signature StayTony bathrobes, slippers, and complementary bath-kit and bottled water. All of our units have recessed lighting and include all utilities–even high-speed WIFI and cable TV. There is a shared laundry room and complementary parking.

We offer maid service and cleaning and all of our apartments are dog friendly. If there is an amenity or service you require that you don’t see in our description, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
