I love beautiful homes and I think most people love a beautiful home as well. That is why with StayTony I set out to create the most beautiful corporate apartments in the world. I think living in one of our apartments will bring you as much happiness as designing them brings me.
We’d love to hear your feedback on our design so we can incorporate your ideas into future locations. No opinions are more valued than those of our guests.
I love being able to step out my front door and walk to restaurants, parks to play with my dog, movie theaters, shopping, or a cool hotel for a cocktail. I believe most people love living the same way. That is why we only open StayTony locations in prime locations that are no more than one block to all the action, yet still on a quiet tree-lined street.
StayTony is obsessed with customer service – we love people and we love taking care of people. We truly believe when you stay with us you’ll feel the StayTony difference. Whether it be a communication via text, email, or phone, you’ll not just feel that your every need is being taken care of, but you’ll feel that it is being taken care of by someone who cares about you – because we do.
At StayTony, we have a “do whatever it takes” philosophy when it comes to our guests. To ensure this level of satisfaction never tapers off, I have spent countless hours training the StayTony team. Our customer service philosophy extends to everyone in the StayTony organization. We lead by example by treating all of our employees, tradesmen, and affiliates with the utmost respect and dignity. How can we ask our guests to be treated in the highest regards if we don’t treat the entire StayTony team in the highest regard.
We are relentless about cleanliness. We are very confident that when you move into a StayTony apartment it will be the cleanest, most dust free, most odorless apartment you’ve ever stayed in, as we have an extremely thorough protocol we go through every time we prepare an apartment for a new guest. StayTony’s commitment to cleanliness starts with hiring self-motivated and hardworking cleaning personnel who share the same passion for cleaning and attention to detail that we have. Then we extensively train the individual to follow our lengthy and extremely diligent cleaning protocol. Lastly, every apartment is inspected by a supervisor to ensure it is to the StayTony standard before it is given the stamp of approval for occupancy.
StayTony is a journey and a passion for me and the entire StayTony team. I opened my first location in Hollywood in 2012 and have since dedicated my life and all my resources to perfecting the business so that I can create the most incredible short term furnished apartment company in the world.
