ABOUT THE APARTMENT

This first floor north/east facing 850 sq. ft. large one bedroom apartment at 1728 El Cerrito Pl (Unit #6) features custom grey stained hardwood floors and Carrera marble kitchen countertops and a Carrera marble coffee table. The apartment is accessed through a secured door located at the north side, and towards the rear of the building. There is a very large formal dining room and tons of closet space. There are two large walk-in closets, an entire wall that is a closet and deep cabinets and a linen closet. The pictures are of the actual apartment.

The building, with its spacious front yard, is the original StayTony location and has eight units in total. As with all StayTony properties it is located in a quiet and secluded residential neighborhood that is walking distance convenient to the area’s major attractions.

All of the apartments are fully furnished and move-in ready with a full kitchen (refrigerator, stove, and microwave) and come with our signature StayTony bathrobes, slippers, and complementary bath-kit and bottled water. All of our units have recessed lighting, with all utilities included as well as high-speed WIFI and cable TV. There is a shared laundry room and complementary parking.

We offer cleaning and maid service and all of our apartments are pet friendly. If there is a service or amenity you need that you don’t see in the list of amenities, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. “I booked an apartment at StayTony in Hollywood for one month and I liked it so much, I ended up staying for three. It's got such a nice vibe and is very well appointed. Everything you need is there - glassware, towels, sheets, etc. It feels like a sweet hotel suite. Centrally located - you can walk to Runyon Canyon, shopping and all the Hollywood clubs and restaurants. I was sad to leave! Also the landlord is a very nice and understanding guy. I highly recommend it over hotels for short-term stays in Hollywood. Next time I need to be in LA for work (or play), I intend on trying to lease a unit there (if one is available!).”

Many of Hollywood’s most famous landmark attraction are within a short walking distance, yet the building itself is nestled within a secluded and quiet neighborhood. Shopping opportunities abound and for dinner and night life there is a great selection for any palate and taste including: Boardner’s by La Belle, Liason Restaurant and Lounge, Te’Kila, Robert’s Russian Cuisine, the Star Hookah Bar, The Dude’s Brewing Company, Lucky Devils,The Barish, Musso and Frank Grill, Behibachi, Miceli’s, Cre8 Crepes, Sound Nightclub, Luv2eat Thai Bistro, and the California classic In-N-Out Burger. Many of Hollywood’s signature landmarks are also within walking distance: the Hollywood Walk of Fame, The Guinness World Records Museum, The Hollywood Wax Museum, TCL Chinese Theatre, the Magic Castle, The Palladium Theatre and the Hollywood Bowl.
