ABOUT THE APARTMENT

This charming 500 sq. ft. studio (unit #304) is located at 6871 Franklin Ave in the heart of Hollywood in a secluded, off –the-beaten -path neighborhood just one block north of the Hollywood Walk of Fame Stars and the TCL (Grauman’s) Chinese Theatre hand and footprints of movie star legends.

The building itself features a warm rose and white mid-century courtyard with a kidney-shaped swimming pool that takes us back to the era of Hollywood glamour. Enter the apartment and the mood shifts to a whimsical Italian modern-maximalism design centered around Porter Teleo’s hand-painted “Silk Scarf” wallpaper that pays homage to high fashion couture with geometric shapes and contrasting colors.

The unit is move-in ready and fully furnished with a full kitchen including refrigerator, microwave and oven, cable TV, WiFi, complementary parking space and shared laundry facility. As with all StayTony accommodations it comes with our signature Bathrobe, slippers, bath kit and bottled water. The apartment is dog friendly as well. The unit undergoes our 57 point cleaning and sterilization protocol in between guests. As with all StayTony apartments, we strive hard to provide the quality of excellence we call the StayTony experience that resonates with our guests.
