ABOUT THE APARTMENT

1726 El Cerrito Pl Unit #2 Los Angeles CA 90028 is a first floor north-facing 750 sqft One Bedroom with custom stained grey hardwood floors and Calcutta marble kitchen countertops and a Calcutta marble coffee table. The green and orange color scheme was inspired by designer Tory Burch. The apartment also has its own private entrance located at the north side of The Dorothy canopied by a custom black regency awning. There is a beautiful bay window that faces the front lawn of The Dorothy. There are also three large closets. The pictures are of the actual apartment.

All of our apartments come with our signature The Dorothy bathrobes, slippers, and complementary bath-kit and bottled water. All of our units have recessed lighting, complementary parking, all utilities included, high speed wifi and a complete cable package.

We offer cleaning and maid service and all of our apartments are pet friendly If there is a service or amenity you need that we don’t currently offer, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
